The standards of the hotels in Bulgaria are first class, and I have stayed in hotels in the towns, and the cities The Bulgarian hotels are clean and modern, and from my experience they have very friendly and helpful staff.

I believe that it is better to show you high resolution photos of what is available, rather than to explain the standards.

Like everything else in Bulgaria - where there is very little crime - the hotels are a place where you may feel safe, and very welcome. That is not to say that you must keep your wits about you everywhere, as tourists and foreigners are a prime target for pick-pockets and thieves - as with all countries.

As with most European countries, most hotels are open to non residents for an evening meal, or for drinks. As you may have guessed - with the photograph of the Hilton - hotels are available to suit all tastes, and everyone's pocket.
